Alecta - My Pages
A new digital home to 2.4 million customers.
Background
Alecta is the fifth largest occupational pension provider in Europe with over 2.4 million private customers and 34 000 corporate customers.
About the project
Alecta My Pages had previously been a separate website to the main “information” site alecta.se. In order to let the user both see private data (such as forecasts of retirement pension) and also learn about occupational pension a new concept was established which was called “unlock”.
To summarize the three pieces of occupational pension a new overview page was developed which collected retirement pension, compensation in the event of illness and survivor’s protection in an easy to understand way.
Other big changes compared to the previous version were new wizards for payment calculations, start payment of retirement pension, change tax and change payment account.
The UX work was done in close collaboration with another UX Designer.
Result
An easier way to see a summary of your different types of insurances, new and more fun ways of doing different types of payment calculations and also less calls to customer service.
